Due to the recent events of COVID-19, please be aware that some orders may take longer than others to be delivered.


How long does it take before my order is shipped?

Standard production is 7-10 business days not including weekends or holidays. 


What shipping method is used?

Standard shipping is via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.


Can you rush my order?

Yes. If you need your order produced within 3 business days and then shipped out USPS Priority (2-3 days), please be sure to add the "Rush My Order" option to your cart.


Why does my order says delivered but I have not received it?

In the event that you get confirmation that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend that you contact your local post office. Once you've received confirmation that your order has been shipped, it is then in the hands of USPS.


My order was delivered to the wrong address.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct when the order is placed. If your order is returned, we will contact you to provide the new corrected address and the order will be re-shipped at the customers expense.


Exchanges/ Returns/ Refunds

Exchanges will only be accepted within 7 days of receiving your purchase if an error was made on our behalf. Items must be in brand new condition (unworn, unwashed, and scent free).

 All items are printed as ordered, so we are unable to make size exchanges. Please double check the sizing details before placing your order.

All sales are final.

There are absolutely "NO REFUNDS" given. Please be sure to place your order in the appropriate time frame for you to receive it. We can not refund your money because your order was not received by a specific date and you did not purchase the rush my order option. 


Care Instructions

Wash inside out with cold water. Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners. Tumble dry on a low setting or air dry. Do not dry clean. Iron inside out and never iron over design.
